For the Industrial Internship Program, the focus is on organizational culture, behavior, development, and various types of motivations, leadership, and diversity in a workplace. Participants can opt for a 1-month or a 3-month duration of the internship. Key aspects of learning shall include, organizational behavior models, communication, job analysis/ evaluation, recruitment & selection, employee engagement, and stress/burnout at work
